I wish there was more to the drawing than just a floating head. But it's a lovely portrait. I like the expression in this, especially through her eyes. It has a very soft feel to it, though the text disrupts that slightly. I would have just written the name in charcoal(assuming that's what you used.)

Yeah, I know, I shouldn't always draw only the head, but I think drawing bodies is so boring... And I actually had the name writting with coal first, but then I removed it because it looked so messy >_<
By the way, the person on the pic is actually a guy, he's pretty feminine though...
And bodies may not be as interesting as the face, but it completes the image, grounds it, etc. And it's not always so boring, you'd be surprised what shading can bring alive.
That is truly remarkable...I do not know who Pata is, but I would have sworn this was a rendering of a Greek woman. The shading is excellent...but alas, the floating head syndrome is a little distracting.
